I am from Nigeria, a Catholic seminarian preparing for the priesthood. Immidiately I saw the pic of Blessed Alphonsa I instantly fell in Love with her. I thought it is one of those things, but the love grows stronger each new day. I need her intercessions to be a holy priest. I know she helps me. She seems good.

My joy is doubled and I have no words to express, when heard about the cananization of Alphonsamma. As a student of minor semianry at Bharananganam from 1979-82 and later whenever I came to Bharananganam for retreat or provincial chapter or other wise, I made it a point to visit Alphonsamma. She is my strength in my religious and priestly life. While in Rome, I have my special to her and still I keep my life close to her.
